Many factors can affect the useful life of Led Public lighting, some of which are especially important. The most critical factor is thermal management and control of heat buildup in LED semiconductor circuits. Even in a short period of time, too much heat can erode the power of the circuit and the quality of the light it produces. LED manufacturers typically use active or passive cooling technology to control this factor. Active mechanisms such as cooling fans increase the electrical load on the LED's common lighting and are prone to mechanical failure. Therefore, the passive heat sink is preferably used for thermal management.LED life is also affected by the environment in which the fixture is mounted. Environments with high humidity levels or exposure of LED public luminaires to corrosive chemicals can degrade the performance of the luminaire and damage the LED circuitry. We have designed and designed LED public lighting technology specifically for these types of high stress hazardous environments. These luminaires separate the circuit from moisture and airborne chemicals and have a corrosion resistant enclosure.LED public lighting control technology will also affect its life. If the LED public lighting system encounters an electrical load that exceeds the system rating, the overload will quickly shorten the life of the LED. While it is important to choose the right LED lighting system for the environment in which the system is installed, it is important to use the correct control technology to limit the electrical load to match the system's rating.
