Installation of solar energy for street lamps
1. Establish the installation position of street lamps: The members of the construction team of Kaichuang Optoelectronics will determine the installation position of street lamps based on the distance of 40 meters between street lamps at the place where there is no sunshade on the top of the street lamps according to the construction drawings and the geological conditions of the survey site. Otherwise, appropriate Change the installation position of the street lamp.
2. Excavating street lamp foundation pits: Excavate street lamp foundation pits at the designated location for street lamp installation. If the ground surface is soft at 1 meter, the depth of our excavation will be deepened. And confirm and protect other facilities (such as cables, pipelines, etc.) at the excavation location.
3. Build a battery box in the excavated foundation pit to bury the battery. If the excavation pit is not wide enough, we will continue to dig wider to have enough room for the battery box.
4. Pouring the embedded parts of the street lamp foundation: In the 1-meter-deep pit excavated, place the embedded parts pre-welded by Kaichuang Optoelectronics into the pit, and put one end of the steel wire pipe in the middle of the embedded parts, and the other end Place it where the battery is buried. And keep the embedded parts, foundation and ground on the same level. Then use C20 concrete to pour and fix the embedded parts. Stir continuously and evenly during the pouring process to ensure the compactness and firmness of the entire embedded part.
5. After the construction is completed, clean up the residue on the positioning board in time, and wait until the concrete is completely solidified (about 4 days, or 3 days if the weather is good), before installing solar street lights.
Installation of street light solar modules
1. Solar panel installation
a. Put the solar panel on the panel support and tighten it with screws to make it firm and reliable.
b. Connect the output wire of the solar panel, pay attention to connect the positive and negative electrodes of the solar panel correctly, and fasten the output wire of the solar panel with cable ties.
c. After connecting the wires, tin-plate the wiring of the battery board to prevent the wires from oxidizing. Then put the wired battery board aside and wait for the wiring.
2. Installation of LED lamps
a. Pass the lamp wire out of the lamp arm, and leave a section of lamp wire at the end where the lamp head is installed to facilitate the installation of the lamp head.
b. Support the light pole, pass the other end of the light wire through the thread hole reserved on the light pole, and run the light line to the top end of the light pole. And install the lamp head on the other end of the lamp wire.
c. Align the lamp arm with the screw hole on the lamp pole, and then use a quick wrench to tighten the lamp arm with screws. Fasten the lamp arm after visually checking that the lamp arm is not skewed.
d. Mark the end of the light wire that goes out of the top of the light pole, and thread the two wires together with the solar panel line to the bottom end of the light pole with a thin threading tube, and fix the solar panel on the light pole. Wait for the crane to lift after checking that the screws are tightened.
3. Light pole lifting
a. Before hoisting the light pole, be sure to check the fixation of each part, and check whether there is any deviation between the lamp head and the battery board, and make appropriate adjustments.
b. Put the sling on the appropriate position of the light pole, and slowly lift the light. Avoid scratching the battery board by the steel wire rope of the crane.
c. When the light pole is hoisted directly above the foundation, lower the light pole slowly, rotate the light pole at the same time, adjust the lamp head to face the road, and align the holes on the flange with the anchor bolts.
d. After the flange is placed on the foundation, put on the flat washer, spring washer and nut in turn, and finally tighten the nut evenly with a wrench to fix the light pole.
e. Remove the lifting rope, and check whether the light pole is tilted and whether the light pole is adjusted.
4. Battery and controller installation
a. Put the battery into the battery well, and use a thin iron wire to pass the battery line to the roadbed.
b. Connect the connecting wire to the controller according to the technical requirements; connect the battery first, then the load, and then the solar panel; when wiring, be sure to pay attention to the connection terminals marked on the controller and the positive and negative poles. Sex can not collide, can not be reversed; otherwise the controller will be damaged.
c. Debug whether the street lamp is working normally; set the mode of the controller, let the street lamp light up, and check if there is any problem. If there is no problem, after setting the lighting time, seal the lamp cover of the lamp pole.
